Note: There are currently 1229 homes listed for sale in Washington County, that makes a 9-10 month inventory. Sellers got an average 92% of list price this month compared to 87% last year at this time.
Other notable sales statistics: 17% were cash deals, reflecting many investors™ purchases. 93% of the homes sold were under $300,000, the typical first-time buyer range.
