The stats are in for October.

The inventory for Frederick County is at 4.5 months down from 4.7 months in September.

There were 29% short sales/foreclosures and 71% resales.

The inventory for Washington County is 5.5 months down from 6.6 months in September.

37% short/foreclosures and 63% resales.

The inventory for Carroll County is 9.9 months down from 10.2 months in September.

There were 36% short/foreclosures and 64% resales.

Overall, we are still going in the right direction–less inventory and more sales.
