Note:  There are currently 1774 homes listed for sale in Frederick County, that makes roughly a 7 month inventory (down from a 9 month inventory).  There are 319 pending sales, almost as high as last month’s 336 number.  Prices are falling, but at a lower percent, days on market is less, as well.  But the best number is the number of homes sold, it has increased by 20% over last year.  Great news.
