Spring is turning out to be an active time for Frederick County Real Estate Sales*. We’ve seen an increase in sales, an increase in pending contracts and time on the market is decreasing. The inventory is down to 1785, closer to the 1200 that signifies a balanced market in Frederick County. Here are some highlights:
