April’s real estate market reports are out. The city of Frederick had another month of increased sales:

36% of the homes sold in zip code 21703 sold in under 30 days. 13% sold from 31 to 60 days, 22% sold between 61 and 120 days, and 29% sold after being on the market for more than 120 days.
*Commentary: We’re seeing an increased number of sales, and the decline in prices seems to be slowing down. Compared to March real estate statistices for Frederick, we’ve seen an increase in sales in 2 out of 3 zip codes.
